Using dance, music, poses, and props geared towards kids, we will focus on breathing, being present, strength, balance, focus, cardio, relaxation, fun, stress reduction, peace, and nature.
Please bring a yoga mat or beach towel (or both) for each participant.
Cost is $20 per family.
