Freedom Youth Yoga is pleased to offer a custom Family Yoga class, crafted especially for the ages of the family participants and delivered in the comfort of your own home or a venue of your choice, such as a local park.

Be prepared for:

• Fun dancing and yoga poses set to an age-appropriate playlist
• Activities for fostering family togetherness, connection, and bonding
• Possible cuddles during the Yoga Nap time (known in adult yoga as everyone’s favorite pose, Savasana)
• Practical, actionable self-regulation tools for movement and breathing that can be used throughout life

The instructor will be certified in kids’ yoga and adult yoga, and prepared to accommodate many different levels, preferences, abilities, and disabilities.  The 60-minute class will center around a theme chosen during the consultation that will occur before the event.
